Hymer S650
After renewing two leisure batteries, now when I connect mains electricity a warning light internally blinks on after about 15minutes with a clicking noise near the fuse board that is under the drivers seat.Have checked all fuses and they appear to be OK. Any ideas what my problem is?

The clicking sounds like a relay not working..Probably need to add more info ,which warning light? What van? The more info then someone may be able to help

The Orange light indicates incoming mains electricity and flashes after about 15minutes it seems when the leisure batteries are fully charged but not certain. The second photo is of the fuse unit beneath the drivers seat.A clicking noise emanates from this area when the light starts to flash.

The light that indicates mains is a LED that is fed from the mains charger in the distribution unit. I think you have a Reich charger/distribution unit, I don't know much about them but I think autorouter may be more clued up.
