Electrical issues -Peugeot Boxer Marquis 115

Hi Our 2021 Marquis Majestic 115 has had electrical issue since several months after we bought it new. 4 attempted repairs by dealer and Peugeot no further forward. Symptoms are sporadic but when they occur they are:
1. Sparking sound on starting engine accompanied by flickering headlights 2. Random error message on dash but normally says radiator temp too high 3. Engine management light comes on. On two occasions the van has refused to start once engine has been turned off ( no power, engine electrics at all) and then after a while 2 mins in one case and overnight on another the vehicle has then started again.
Hope someone can help as dealer and Peugeot seem unable to find cause. Thanks v much

 

[Two on Tour]

We had the same type of thing on a PVC we had and it was an earth strap from the nearside chassis leg to the gearbox casing, our was missing completely.
Fitted an earth strap and everything was good after that.

Yours may well not be making a good contact through the paint on the chassis leg making it intermittent.
