Is this any good? I probably won’t use it much but I love gadgets.

I think they are pretty well much of a muchness, posher ones may last longer but no point paying big bucks for something you'd rarely use IMHO

I much prefer a set of leads with OBD plug and chip using software on my laptop. This gives me access to most systems in the van. I also have a £6 bluetooth one and software on my phone, which allows me to read and delete engine codes

Been and gorn and spent my dosh. If it’s no good it’s only a tenner😜

Don't expect miracles..... It will only read engine fault codes at best.
Brakes, airbags, transmission etc.... Forget it, it won't read them.

In my life miracles don’t happen otherwise I would have won the lottery years ago. Then I would not have wanted or needed one. Just got the spending bug at the moment 😂 only spending the kids inheritance 😂😂😂😂😂

Exactly my thoughts but my thinking is the money’s not lost, as you have something tangible to pass on. Maybe not what they wanted but heyho life is just one big lottery😳😳

I have that one , I have used it a few times with good results in clearing fault lights , as pappajohn says Really only for engine management codes but is well worth the money
