E and P levellers

We have just arrived at white field forest site on isle of white and tried to use our levellers for the first time ( just been fitted ) all anyone ever spoke about was you will be level in two mins, well we parked on a hard standing site but remote says van tilting forward must use manual system the two fronts came down green light says level and system stopped, it looks and feels level is it ok to use with only the front jacks down ?? I tried putting rear ones down but one side touches ground first and puts us un level any one had this problem or is it how they work thanks for any suggestions

Are you parked on a hill Umm strange. I would retract all jacks.
press automatic - and then the down button and let it do its thing. you will know its level when the blue spot is in the centre of the circle.

Keep going with the rear ones, it will level itself out.
