DVLA now require a lot more changes than they used to
If it's now a panel Van the exterior has to look like a motorhome....graphics, awning, at least two windows on at least one side not counting the door window....and if the van has a 'pop-top' roof...forget it now cos they won't accept it.

It's to stop people chucking an old mattress in the back and registering as a motorhome
Don't be surprised if it comes back as a van with windows.
