Found above website, you take your own digital photo, they help resize it and send it back to you ready to print 4 photos on one sheet. This can be done at Boots etc if you copy file onto usb.

It is free, but of course they encourage you to take their offerings and charge if you do.

I went the PO yesterday to enquire about a driving permit and was told you do need a passport size photo - But we do them here' he said straight away.
£5.00 for 4 photos - so now it £10.50 for a permit I might never need. Time for plan B I think

There's an app for that ..... And it works.

I used it to apply for a blue badge and it was accepted.

I got mine in ten minutes for my IDP at a Tesco 'PhotoMe' booth for £7 - less than a packet of fags.
Life's to short to faff about with deals and Apps. (Even shorter for smokers).

Last time I bought a packet of fags they were 1s 6d haven't got a clue how much they are now but sound expensive.
