Dongle battery eliminator.

After three & a half years I need to replace the battery in my Huawei dongle.
Previously MotorhomeWiFi sold a battery eliminator that is no longer available without one of their full kits.
My question is, does anyone know of another available supplier, have one for sale or know of a work round to power up without a battery?

Obviously it depends on model number but I have seen replacement batteries for these on ebay and Amazon. i am sure there would also be a guide on youtube of how to do it if its a sealed unit. after all there is a guide for almost everything else on there!

you may find that you could leave the old battery in just to make the circuit.

The trouble with buying batteries of eBay is they sometimes don’t work, I bought one and the seller had to send another.
