The Dometic RML 10.4S fridge in my 2021 Burstner worked fine when I got it a few weeks ago. It’s been on constant hook-up since I brought it home with the fridge switched on and set to Auto. Every few days I pop in to check things and each time the fridge is flashing on the warning triangle and not cool. No power cuts have happened and the hook-up indicator on the control panel is lit. I switch it off then on again and it works. But next time I go in it’s flashing again.
I’ve tried removing and replacing the hook-up connection but no difference. Can anyone give any pointers to a possible cause?

Have you got a multimeter? If so test what voltage you have coming in on the 240v and check it isn’t too low.
What happens if you take fridge off of auto, and manually select EHU

Thanks. I have a multimeter but I’ve only ever used it to test a 12v battery after charging it. Not sure I know how to test the 240v input but I did follow your advice and set the fridge to mains (not auto) and after 7 hours it was still on… but the fridge didn’t feel very cool at all. I’ve set the temp setting to max and will check it again tomorrow.

If the EHU isn’t at a decent voltage then the fridge will try and pick another power source, which currently isn’t actually available. This often happens on aires where the supply isn’t great and there are too many people trying to use it. Or if the EHU lead is too long/poor condition/qualify.
