Dometic fridge engineer Kent area

Hi, could anyone please recommend a Dometic fridge engineer in the Kent area, I have lost 12v power to mine as the 20amp fuse overloaded and started to smoulder during a long drive and I removed it all together for piece of mind. After removing the rear vent at the back of the fridge, I did notice the small spade connector on the left of the gas valve, or at least I think that’s what it is? had come loose and snapped, possibly causing a short? It now only works on 240v hookup as the gas igniter also won’t fire due to lack of 12v dc. I have been told that it is possible to light the burner manually but not sure if this is safe? I am tempted to clean the terminal and replace the spade connector but would really like a good engineer to check the entire system to ensure all is safe. Thanks in advance for any help / recommendations.
