Hello
Just got my first mh .Can anyone recommend any dog friendly sites in Dorset, Devon, Cornwall

Most are dog friendly, depends on if you want a decent walk etc, we're in the Caravan Club, Merrose Farm, Godrevy, Carnon Downs all have good places to exercise your dog, these are all in Cornwall. It will normally state on the site's website if you can't take your dog, I always read reviews as well (y)

I think you may have used up your free post why not become a full member £15 well spent ,though I know they can be a bit tight around Bristol, lived and worked there for a few years ,pity they don't do Clarkes pies down here :)

Check with any site in Devon and Cornwall before you book--- I found several that didn't accept dogs, some all year round, others ok out of season.
The C&CC site North Devon, called Umberleigh, accepts dogs and has great walks down to its fishing lake.
C&CC Moreton, Dorset, nowhere to let them off on site but walks easily accessible. Trains go right past the site, pub next door. Nice site.
In Devon I had mine with me Lady Mile ( big, very commercial site, could get very noisy) and Cofton ( very big dog walking field) and they have a nice swimming pool ( for humans, not the dogs!)

I have yet to find a site that doesn't accept dogs. Some are more dog friendly than others, for example there will be rules on where they can and can't go, but in general, my experience has been good. And we have a REALLY big dog!

I work as a warden at Galmpton Touring Park, near Brixham, and we allow dogs over our whole season, and yes whilst many parks allow dogs, quite a few won't allow them during the peak school holiday weeks for some reason (I only know this from having heard from customers!).
