Is it still manufactured?
We have relatives coming over next month and that would be a great idea.

I can’t seem to find one for sale.

They were taken over by Dometic, not a mention on any of their websites anymore do looks like they are discontinued.

Groan, anything taken over by Dometic will have gone downhill 🤣🤣
There's a very strong rumour going around that their next growth target is a sledge manufacturer! :clap2:

I ordered one from Amazon USA and had it delivered to daughters holiday apartment in Florida.
She had to unbox it though to get it in her case due to all the clothes she'd bought down the Mall

I’ve often wondered why these fans are such a cult item. Have they got significant advantages over other, more available and more compact models? Not sure how they’re used/deployed/stored. I couldn’t find any for sale when I looked, anyway.

We have a rechargeable fan, instead, that clips onto the shelf above our bed, or anywhere else. The blades are about 10”, the fan is almost silent and lasts approx 18 hours of run time before it needs a charge, so easily does a whole night keeping us cool. Came from Amazon and cost approx £30 or so.

Can anyone enlighten on EB?

We bought a similar size/shaped 12 volt fan (square and flat) from a gardening supply company online, it was a third the price of an EB, but I can't compare quality as I've never seen an EB in the flesh. It's designed to be used in greenhouses, but was fine in the van. We cable tied it to the dog's cage and run it on low during one hot spell.
