This year we have had lots of issues with our Magazine App, it would refuse to download issues, complaining of no internet, and insisted that some people pay. To cut a long story short, we've built a new app. Now hopefully if you load your app it should say there is an upgrade and download the new one. Or, you might have to delete the old app and reinstall the new one.

Please do that let me know how you get on.

Remember this is an app for an apple or android phone or tablet. For Apple users | for Android users. Many thanks

The latest issue 15 works fine for me but the app did not suggest an update and if I check the Apple store it is version 20.2.9 from 4 weeks ago.

Glad it seems to be OK. I'm sick of the sight of it, I must have installed the app and then deleted it over 500 times these last few months. It seems pretty solid now though

No it is the latest version 20.2.15 updated automatically 12.10.21

If you have that version you should be seeing all the mags up to issue 15. If not delete it and try again.

Had to uninstall and reinstall new app version and it works fine. Moto G 5g Plus running Android 11.

I'm on Android and have auto-update set for apps but mine hadn't updated. Deleting the app and reinstalling cured the problem.

Has Jim any hair left?

My iPad came straight up with issue 15 and downloaded no problem.

All the previous issues are down the right hand side.

Will install it on my Android and test it tomorrow.

Something strange the google play store says the app has been updated to version 20.2.15 but the installed version on the phone is version 2.1.7 it is the same on my android tablet.
