The grey tank is quite easy to clean if you are fit enough. There is usually a large screwed on sump plug. With an empty tank. And the rear of the van on levelling ramps unscrew the big cap. You can then access the prongs of the sensors.Would bio work in the grey water tanks? The " full " light comes on when there can be only half/ third full. I tried the coke a cola trick but that didn't work. Dealer said they could dismantle and clean sensors but at a cost.

I prefer the capsules. One capsule is all that's needed, keeps the cassette really clean.

An interesting ideaAnyone ever tried "Steradent" type tablets?
Just a thought, not a recommendation.

6 pages on how to get the inside of a loo cassette clean. If this is how I'll end up when I retire, I'll be asking for more gin in my G&Ts so I won't have time to worry about such things.

When I was in elementary school (Canada), one of our teachers put a large nail in a glass of Coke. Within a few days, the nail had dissolved. Haven't drunk the stuff since...
lways best to avoid coke with old nails in..
Me, I have drunk it all my life, still have all my own ( real !! ) teeth and never had a problem with it..
All of this going on whilst building several shock absorbers, several mods and fixes to the van, a toilet repair in the house, a remodel of the garden and updating a load of web sites.. Retirement aint all its cracked up to be !!

I take my tablets with a small glass of pepsi max (don't like coke) every morning - as advised by the hospital specialist and pharmacist. It's supposed to make them work faster - and I did notice the difference when I ran out of pepsi one time.
