Thanks Spriddler is this very recent we appear to have two versions one suggesting amber and one suggesting green

Can anyone post a link to this in English please. declaration sur l'honneur

The English language version of the form is on DFDS & Eurotunnel websites, and can be opened with both Word and Open Office. I saved ours as a plain text document so that I could download to my phone and add the time and date of the Declaration as the standard French approach to Form filling [think England in the late 1950s] requires

I did download from the excellent Eurotunnel website a few weeks back so if you go to their website in the link below now you can be sure you will get the latest/current version if you scroll down to the Statement pdf.
It's irrelevant how you are travelling as it's the same Declaration for all methods.
