Hi, my v5 is missing vo2 emissions and vehicle category. I rang dvla, dealer and peugeot. First two no help. Git to chase peugeot again appsrently they will send us a certificate but still nothing. We have a peugeot boxer bailey alliance 7.57 mh euro 6, sept 2019 reg. Anyone here have similar that cld give me the info i need pls. Thanks.

If you are on about the critair form ,don't worry about what's missing just put what you can,leave the others empty and send a photo of your v5 as it is and it will all be done for you.

If it's not on your V5 they go by year of registration.

Mines a 2017 euro6 and I just left the CO2 blank on the form.
I think there was a drop down on the euro class and I put euro 6.
It’s not on the V5 though.
Sent copy of second page with application.
Went through online no issue and got an email back next day saying approved as class 2 (yellow). And will be posting certificate out in next 7 days.
Even simpler than I had imagined.

Just make sure you are on the proper website and it should be less than four quid, but there are a lot of scam sites charging more.

For some reason they do not put CO2 emissions levels on V5s for commercial vehicles. For Critaire you scan you V5 (on a very low resolution as it will not take large files) and insert it into the application.

Think that may be as it’s not relevant in relation the VED. Same for motorbikes.
Where as with cars the VED is based on the CO2 emission level.

Click on this link which is a Government website that tells weather a vehicle is MOT'd or insured. Mine is 5000kg and is M1.

GOV.UK - Enter the registration number of the vehicle

vehicleenquiry.service.gov.uk

Hey team, I am losing the will to live I have just tried 3 times to order the sticker…. Every time I get to the continue button the page freezes……now then I am going to try it on the laptop in case the iPad is a problem

I have a question though……. When it comes to ‘proof’ what bit is best? The front page of the V5 with our address on or the left side inner page with the vehicles details?

You gave to fill in your address on the application I thought but to make sure you could scan both pages and combine them in a pdf. I think I only did the 2nd page.

Haha, well it has taken me about 9 attempts (I’ve lost count tbh) and about 2 hours. I can actually recite every singe detail required on the form from memory now anyway in the end all done

I posted this on another thread. It's an app that I found on Play Store and shows the clean air zones there are in Europe. If you tap on then it shows a name tab. Tap the tab and it give more info on the zone.

Re: site crashing when document added, I googled this problem and switching from Safari to Firefox was advised. Did this and it worked.

Still too big, the limit is a few hundred Kb.

I then emailed it to myself which gave the option of reducing the size to Kb. Saved that and it uploaded ok.

They may have increased it since I first applied for one when kit first came out. At the time I thought it ridiculously small and wondered if they could read it.

well as it happens i reckon 2 mb is a bit on the small size ....... in the end i managed to use Scannable (app) on my phone which converted both page 1 and 2 into a single pdf....... so if anyone else reading this struggles with file size I can say that if you load the Scannable app (free) that will do it...... subject to a learning curve
