We have just had our 2020 reg Adria compact supreme DL’s habitation check, just outside our 2 year warranty. Both the Heki Rooflights have multiple small cracks on the front and driver side edges. The servicing company are not our dealers (2hrs travel as opposed to 8hrs), and have not unreasonably suggested we talk to our dealer first.
Some of the cracks are straight and some branched. We have been told by the servicing company that straight cracks are structural and branching cracks due to chemicals used to clean the Rooflights or even air freshener sprays or burning candles.
Anyone else had a similar problem, and any joy getting help getting them fixed?
The attached photo is of the front aspect of one of the Rooflights and needs to be zoomed into!
