Autotrail have come up trumps, they will carry out the repair foc. Can't beat that for after sales service

Great news and seems a turn around for Autotrail customer service at last...
I knew this was a Known problem and had read about window size issues plus others having the same cracking.
At least if it's done at the factory they cant blame anyone else once the work is done.

Our previous motorhome was an Autotrail and I would agree they always came up trumps in the after sales department.
