how many people use one of these when long term motorhomeing in spain

@Snowbird and possibly @old-mo have, or had, one so might be able to offer assistance.
 
I had one fitted in the garage of both RMBs as being German imports they had no oven. Even when away I like my roast beef and found the oven great. In fact we did more cooking outside than in when we had the Kampa cooker. The 2 rings on top were ideal for when using the pressure cooker as the van did not get all steemed up.

I have a carthago with a oven. But don’t fancy cooking dinners init in the heat of southern spain ..And like you i like to have dinner with veg everyday. Are they easy to get in and out of garage

You should look at cobb bbq you can cook a roast and veg in it we have one and it’s a lot smaller

I leave it in the garage to cook on. The garage door opens upwards and its plumbed in to the van gas tank along with the beer fridge that sits on the opposite side of the garage. RMBs have a garage door on both sides. This is the beast in full cook mode.
