Hi Folks/
Big problem and no time.
We have a Laika 709 ecovip 2918.
When the engine is running the control panel and so all the habitation electrics run fine. As soon as the engine is switched off, the control panel stops. When I try to switch it on, it tries to fire up but then stops.
We have two leisure batteries, and it checked them and the voltage was very low, and they appeared not to hold a charge, so I have put on two more. They are both fully charged.
I really need to use the vehicle tomorrow so if anyone has a bright idea - please let me know.

Check the leisure battery fuse near the positive terminal. Usually 20 amp.

Hi Folks.
Update.
After a tricky day without 12v on Sunday, we got back and I took a further look on Monday.
I eventually found the in line fuses on the 12v lines. Yes, one had gone. However - these were huge (30mm) fuses and I had to order replacements. They arrived today. Now fitted and.........it works.......so far.
Things to learn.
1) Spend a lot of time looking about to be sure you know where things can be found.
2) Have spare fuses - including the strange ones - so you can pop them in when needed
3) As ever - ask if you don't know - and
4) Be gracious when others give you the answers - I am and thank you.

I have had my van for 6 years and only just found the 12v fuse by the battery, both are hidden under a false floor in a cupboard. Never knew there was a fuse there.
So glad you are sorted and have updated the thread.
