Control panel not coming on.

Have you checked the leisure battery voltage, the clicking is probably a relay trying to switch but the voltage is too low.
If the battery has been left flat you will need a new one.
How have you been keeping the leisure & starter batteries charged while in storage?

No I haven’t but replaced the running battery and all was ok I have a solar panel that should have kept the leisure battery topped up!

We had the problem once, 
on the back of the control panel you have a tiny battery to hold the memory 
ours had leaked, probably could have got someone into electronics to sort it, but we was heading south for winter and didn't have the time so go a replacement.
