Trying to amend a booking and unable to do so due to locked account?
Waiting 4hrs/ inputting new password doesn't resolve problem.
Has anyone been able to get through on the phone, I've tried and after waiting 40 minutes on hold gave up.
Did send an email, but this may take 10days to answer.
Phone lines open at 8.00am and on hold again this morning as i type.
I know things aren't easy at present, but this is not particularly good service even in covid times.

if it helps. BF are on 3 weeks email response. Online chat say call the office.
 
i waited around 35 mins to be connected, its a pain but you will get connected eventually so try to be patient, i kept my phone on loudspeaker and sat with a coffee watching tv !!
 
Have you tried the chat function on the website that seems to work for us.

On the blower (hold) yesterday for 1:24hrs to use a voucher, then she wanted more money!! I said has it gone up whilst I’ve been on hold? She said possibly!! Wtf!!
Turns out the stupid call handler has booked me on the wrong time, hence the Price difference, I can’t be bothered to call back and alter it🤷‍♂️
 
I don't know if I was lucky, but I called about 16 minutes before the office shut. At closing time a message came on to say office was shutting, but they would call me back in the morning, and they did!!!!!!!!! Admittedly it was about 0930 rather than 0800 as promised. This was after being on hold nearly 2 hours over 3 days.
