This is one that someone must know the answer to!
I am going through the long and laborious task of getting my hymer registered in France. After 3 months of waiting they have now asked for a CNIT number for the vehicle. So, is it not on the V5? Do you have to request one from DVLA? Or does it have to be Hymer?
Thanks

There would have been a certificate of immatriculation provided by the converter/manufacturer when it was imported into the UK, it should be with the vehicle. The CNIT number will be on there.
