Ci carioca number plate lights

hi there, I have a carioca 656 2006 and I thought one of the number plate lights had blown, when I took the unit out I discovered the metal prongs that hold the bulb in place had corroded and snapped. Does anybody know where I can get replacement units, searching around on the web has not been successful.

I would think Ring Automotive or Lucas would have a suitable replacement
