I don’t have a set list to give you but a tip. On parking up, especially on sites with trees, one of you hop out to alert driver to any overhanging branches. The same when leaving. This is more important as you can easily have forgotten about that tricky branch. Then as vehicle is moved off pitch, you can check it over for open roof vents, lockers, tv arial up etc and check the ground for any items left behind.

You'll need at least two checklists:
One for the initial, departure from home
Another for departures from sites.

Then another two for arriving at a site and back home.

What you take will depend on your circumstances -
who is travelling, what the purpose of the adventure will be, ...and so on.
They will rarely be the same/consistent.

More than toes wet now!
has anyone put together a pre-flight check list as it were
One wet miserable day a year or two back I jotted down everything we could think of that we automatically do \ check (the things you do when you're bored!) and ended up with this drivel!
Might give you some ideas in making up your own sensible version!

ps there are others we've thought about subsequently as we've supped a glass of wine (or two), eg have we captured the dog and seatbelted him in, checked the tyres \ wiper blades, emptied the grey waste, emptied the black waste, got out our jammies etc!
pps once we've done all this we normally too tired and just stay where we are and open another bottle!:drinks:
