Anyone who has bought a chausson motorhome, did you get screws with your tv bracket? We don't seem to have any and i think it is meant to come with some. The TV's don't seem to come with any.

Just bought a new tv and no screws, so will try a diy store

You think the tv would have them

m4 seems to be the standard size, but as mentioned keep them as short as possible. maybe 10mm maximum

under £2 for 8 on ebay.

The mount is called a vesa mount they list online the screws needed but I would still take it with me to Maplins if theres one local best check the thickness of the metal bracket to allow for it in the bolt length. It looks like you will need m4 bolts about 12mm long if its a sensible sized screen (Have you checked its got the holes for the bolts on the back!!. We have never bothered with a tv in our motorhome but might try this year depends on what else there is to do:thumb::smalllove:

A few years now
We couldn't find the tv mount screws either then found them at the back of the cutlery drawer! Following advice on here we don't travel with our tv attached to the bracket but have one of these so easy to clip it on & off Broken Link Removed & store it in a hard shell Avtex case. TV is 12v Finlux not Avtex though as the dvd playback quality was appalling on the Avtex so we returned it. We have had status aerials when we had caravans but none were very good so again thanks to Funsters advice we bought one of these Broken Link Removed & so far have had excellent reception with it stuck to a window inside in Devon & remote parts of Cornwall.

I always stowed my tv in my previous vans but the tv bracket in the 510 is rigid & can't swing just push the tv up when travelling.
