Worked for me and had emailed certificate as confirmation on the 4th Jan. Still no sticker arrived a yet but I am still getting Christmas Cards!

First off I’d advise accessing the English section of the website rather than using google translate - it should give the EN option on the drop down menu top right on the homepage. You’ll then find an ‘assistant’ which explains what is required in the mandatory boxes.

I’ve got written down class M1, which I’m sure I picked up off the forum somewhere, this also appears on my C of C. I think this is what I will have used on my application last October, but my disc still hasn’t arrived.

If you ordered in early Dec and still not arrived I guess there aren't bothering to send them out, so I'll not hold my breath for mine and just carry the certificate.

Does anyone know if you can get them at the equivalent of MOT stations in France, like you can in Germany, as it looks increasingly likely many won’t receive their discs.

Just received an email from the Crit Air customer services. This is what it said so I will get mine eventually, or a refund so I know I can safely apply for a replacement as the original will have been cancelled, I hope.

Update, applied on the 11th approved today the 13th just got to wait for the sticker now , but that depends on the posties not going on strike soon, don't travel until April so should get it by then .

make sure you check the german one.Mine arrived with an incorrect letter on the registration.

GREAT. - Received my permit in the post today (Sat) from Germany, hand written numberplate number and class 4. Within 1 week of ordering. Hope you others waiting get yours soon. The French one - I have a picture of it in email whilst waiting for it to arrive in post. Sorted.

Just received my crit air sticker. Took about 4 weeks so not too bad bearing in mind strikes.. seems it must be placed in bottom right of windscreen and that is important apparently.....

Hi both, got my German sticker in post today, and have Email pic of french one so far.

Still waiting for my refund but did get another email this week saying please wait.

I’ve given up so decided to apply for another & hope it gets here this time. After a few days finally got confirmation it had been processed and was in the post. It arrives this time.

Yes I decided to reapply after seeing you got yours dash but my first confirmed order that never arrived was 3/10/22 and all they’ve said is they were having problems, can’t replace must start again, they’ll refund, we’re having problems, please wait, please wait etc etc. A bit of a joke really for a Government department.

If you get the email conformation with the sticker you can just print that out and use it. All I did was put it in an old tax disc holder. Just be careful of condensation from the windscreen, I just printed a couple and took the letter with me. As it happened the sticker came as we were leaving the house to catch the ferry. Never did stick it on until the next trip

Lucky second time around. Just received my screen sticker in the post today, just over 2 weeks from ordering. Still no refund for the first one, I’ll give up on that I think.
