Hi.
Who supplies the Cert. of Conformity please and who does it go to OR from ? A mate is looking at a 2016/17 PVC. Professional build and has been told . " The Cert of Conformity was not needed until 2018, So it does not need one......... Any help would be appreciated,thanks in advance.

Load of rubbish.. my 2012 new Autotrail came with one, issued by Autotrail. So they have been out a lot longer. Plus I have one for my 2014 Burstner.
