So here we go second rant of the week. Carol Nash are a bloody disgrace. Beginning of may upgrading van gets a quote £155 more ok that’s fine. Then rings back to change van same model etc but a bit more expensive. There response must have tracker which I was getting done anyway, we will pass on to specialist team who will contact you with a price. 3days later and phone calls from me. No price no response now my only course of action insure with a new company as I am forced to. 20 days later they send me an apology letter and a £30 cheque ring them and they say matter is now closed. Would never use or recommend disgrace

not long enough
poor service, but reasonable outcome for you they didn't need to give you any money

hopefully you have now found comparable insurance for less money as well, that happened to me when my broker let us down a couple of years ago (y)

Apart from the fact I had to insure with another company £426 when I was only half way through a contract with c/n £400 yes £30 apology great

They are relying on underwriters for quote.
No no response whatsoever apart from an apology letter and cheque. They explained that the are an incoming call centre and can only call out if not busy. So they were busy for 20 days that’s how long it took for them to write to me. Never heard so much tosh in all my life they are a disgrace
