Anyone else having an issues with Clubcare Insurance?>

I have had a letter to say they will email my renewal docs.

I have not had the email.

I have tried several times to email myccidocs@clubcare.com for alternative email address and it comes back mailerdemon unable to deliver.

I have rang them on the number on the letter to request documents by mail. But its automated and the due date is ever nearer.

I have just tried to get a new quote and it says site is down - and if your renewal is due it will be honored there was another telephone number listed or the direct number is 024 7647 5448
