Can i use our 400 watt Remoska?

We are about to buy a PVC with out an oven, we will have about 200w of solar panels and two lithium 110 each batteries. can we use our remoska while off grid?

Yes with an inverter not sure how long for we do but only on for a maximum of 1hr

Shouldn't be a problem, allowing for inverter efficiency if will draw around 38 amps. Just don't use it too often if there is no sun.
