Can anyone tell me what this is for ?

Hi All, I've been carrying this thing around with me for years, it came with the M/H and I don't have any idea what it's for.

It hangs up in the gas locker on a screw, but does not seem sturdy enough to be used as a spanner, the writing

is French for undo I believe.

Could any of you clever people out there tell me so I can decide whether to keep it or throw it away.

Think it may be for changing the regulator, not 100% but sure someone will confirm or otherwise.

EDIT: I squeezed out some more info

Wrench suitable for the wing nut of the gas cylinder regulator which indicates the direction of screwing or unscrewing
