Heading South early March, Have been to Javea but many years ago and not in a MH Can anyone give me an update on the Javea Camping , it looks as though I may need to book this ahead to guarantee a pitch. Otherwise any other sites nearby. Not taking a car so proximity to the town would be good.

Thanks Guys

Martin

Good campsite, really enjoyed it

Javea Camping is in a very good location for venturing on foot to the town and port. I believe they offer good discounts for stays of 1 week+. Best look at their web site and make an enquiry regarding prices:

I will be in Javea early March (but not on the camp site) so may see you there.

There is free car park south end of town near beach. Used it a few times :)

The last time I was there I recall that the car park had been fenced off but still plenty of MH's parked about 200m from the beach (and near the eat all you can Chinese restaurant) (y)

Blow the camp site - there used to be a fantastic shoe shop on the road at 'the back of the beach' - that's what registered with me about it !

the waste ground has been fenced off but the car park the other side of the road is where motorhomes Park now. Don't know for how long though, there is a Wimpy Taylor site office opened on the old fairground (whatever it was) area so building work will probably start soon and they may want their car park back :)
