Has any funsters had any dealings with this company. Although they have a telephone number for customers to contact them it is never answered. Emails go unanswered. They appear to be operating in a vacuum. They charge top prices so I would expect some form of customer service.

No idea about them but the following is on their website:

TELEPHONE PROBLEMS: We're currently experiencing problems with our incoming phone lines which BT Engineers are (apparently!) investigating. If you attempt to phone us the chances are high that we won't hear your call. We can (occasionally) dial out though so please drop us an email, as per the advice on our Contact Us page, giving both your phone number and as much information as possible about what you require and we'll try to help you in a return email.
