Here's a new one to me - I was chatting to a chap this evening who recommends the camping card acsi for French low season camp sites .
I've never heard of them before so is it another gimmick or worth it ?
opinions please thank you
regards john

Oh yes save you a lot of money wintering on the continent

Well worth it. Can save the cost in 2 or 3 nights if you stay on campsites. Includes EHU and 2 people.
Easiest to get from

We usually find the sites to be of good standard.

It took From 9th feb till today for my card and books to arrive, so order early, depending on where and when you go you can save a lot of money.

Well worth it if you can stay out of high season. We subscribe direct with ACSI and get access to the app as part of the deal, but beware it can take up to 3 to 4 weeks for it to arrive form the Netherlands. The camping and Caravan also sell them - but I am not sure if you have to be a member to get hold of them from them - worth checking out on their web site.

Minority report here !

Havent had one. Don't intend on getting one. Never paid for a campsite in France/Europe. France Passion is 25 quiddish and then free. No EHU generally and no swings slides or swimming pools.

Horses for courses job I think. If you campsite then everybody I ve met swears by them

Worth it if you use campsites just for the directory, but some of the savings not all they appear to be, if not into campsites and you want a feel of real France, another vote for France passion here(y)

But (and I like France Passion) can be isolated areas and no other Mohos around.

That's what we thought, do you need to buy it separately for all countries or is there an option for the whole of Eurooe / North Africa ?

There are also sites that are inspected by ACSI too but offer no discounts but they're not in book or app.

Thanks EX5 1SSS. .......
(Certain amount of number plate envey from me )
Ah thank you. It was my little treat. I have the SK model but didn't want EX51SSK as it wouldn't have looked right. It was before Hymer brought out the current Exsis models.
