Does anyone know if the new app is working or not I cannot past login....it says I am blocked and will receive an email to reset....that email never comes?

Seems to be working for me, can see my profile, it knows where I am and local sites etc.
 
I assume you already had the app and have updated to the new version?

If you have and still have a problem try uninstalling it, rebooting and install it again.
 
I get the same error, it let's me log in on the Web pages but not the app.
 
Works ok for me.

It looks like even if you have an account. You have to request a password reset, I got my reset through straightaway, and just used the same password.

I suspect your account may have been deleted? Try reregistering.
 
Won’t work for me so despite having bought twice . One for my I pad and another for my husband independently on his I pad . Neither work . Am in discussion with their admin and have passed on info to their technical guy . So it is wait and see for us .

Sorted now thanks to everyone who replied
 
The app wasn't working for me after the last update. I've just received the new email and updated to the latest version and it still doesn't work. After updating I get to the main opening page - map of France, where do you want to go etc. When I click on the menu icon in the top right corner (3 horizontal lines) I just get a blank white page with 1X in the bottom right corner. This page is frozen, I can't swipe back to the previous page. I'm using an IPad 4 with iOS 10.3.3 which is the last so that this iPad will accept. Anyone else has this problem? Any obvious fixes?

I thought it was lack of use that stopped the app not working. I have tried a couple of times but it’s beyond me to sort.
On suggestion from another motorhome user when we were away we have swapped to Search for Sites. It seems to provide more information and is easy to use.
 
Yes, I've got SFS but it's always nice to have a few resources to use.

Why did you buy two? Your husband could have used your sign in details. I have it on both my pad and my phone, although not updated it in the pad yet.

I've gave up on the new site , although it works i don’t like , it was my go to app BUT like you funsters recommended SFS and now I’ve been using it I won’t be subscribing to CC next year
 
I couldnt get ours to work this time. the Map seemed to be not functioning properly. Anyway as luck would have it we happened to be on the same Stellplatz as the couple who operate SFS who told us that they re all having problems with the mapping system so SFS have changed to a new system. We now have the SFS App and tbf it seems to work better so far. If you re in France don't forget about CC Infos though.

Because I couldn’t download it on my I Pad anymore as it is too old for new version . So as I had not too long to run I set up a new account on my husbands IPad .
