Camper Contact on I Pad (1 Viewer)

I am just sorting a general route for our April trip. We are thinking of Brittany.
I am trying to look at Camper Contact but I can only get a narrow map up the middle of my screen. Is that standard or should I be able to expand it. I have double tapped it but to no avail.
Help please.

The app is only developed for devices using an Android or iOS (Apple iPhone ) operating system.

An iPad uses iPadOS different from the iPhone IOS .. that will be the problem,
