Has anyone heard anything of them this week? I ordered a few items a week ago and have seen nothing, nor can I get a reply from their phone, just a message saying they are all busy. No reply to email enquiries either yet. I have always rated them as an excellent supplier but wondered if something was wrong.
Anyone got any news?

All seems to be well - my parcel arrived this morning although I still cannot get through to them on the phone. Perhaps a gremlin in the system?

Their customer service and delivery system was never up to much. I stopped using them years ago due to cocked up orders etc.

I've always contacted them via Email, Without looking in my little book, Leisure Industries I think it is if you are not buying a tank.

I have always had very good service from them. Usually I go to their depot outside Kenilworth but this time I decided to have items delivered. A very pleasant lady phoned me this afternoon to check that everything had arrived. She said they are very busy at present and apologised for the difficulties in contacting them. I continue to rate them as a good supplier.
