Must admit that tour was great, next time with the van I think.

On the way back I did see two dolphins, too quick for me to get a photo. One of the crew also showed us photos of the orcas that swim alongside the ferry. No luck this time though

You saw two dolphins? Hmmm I think that was Mick n Wullie he dropped a £ and I sent them in to look for it and in true Scottish fashion they obliged.

Finally got the results of the MRI back,'dehydration of the lumber discs leading to compression of the nerve roots '

booked in to see a back specialist now 4-6 weeks...if she can wait that long

Thanks for that Helen,I shall phone the surgery.Ros finds it difficult to get comfortable for more than half an hour,especialy at night, painkillers and sleeping tablets only last until about three o'clock!

Martin now much better No real treatment for the inner ear infection except quiet and rest, both of which are in short supply at a rally / meet!

Yahoo just got internet backleft Plockton this morning and it's raining, can't complain as it's the first rain we've had. Called into Fort William on the way south for supplies.
