We all live in hope!
At least it’s only a few quid we have spent,and it doesn’t encourage you to buy from them again.
Why are they doing a special code to buy the reel if they have none to send out straight away?

The code was for other departments but worked on the reel.

I got mine next day but that was the first time round. The demand has been much higher since I posted here so they will be waiting for more stock.

I ordered 2 2 weeks ago.

They ignored the 1st email asking when will be delivered answered 2nd one with some content that was just words without actually saying anything useful so I responded to it and got below.



“Good afternoon,
The is delayed due to a stock issue, I have emailed the product manager and will update once I receive a response from him.”


They are appear to have forgotten about basic communication and courtesy at this company. People are usually happy to wait when they have been kept in the loop as to what’s happening and of any delays.

Rang up their customer services. Main warehouse had run out and they were getting some from another warehouse. Got mine two days after that.

I didn’t send any emails, but their standard emails didn’t give any indication of a delay.

Still waiting for mine too (10 days). I phoned customer services this afternoon and when the operator looked on the system, it said it had not been despatched, so she has emailed the stores to 'get their finger out'. But if several of us are waiting, I guess we are dependant on when the supplier get the goods to the stores!

That's more or less the same response I received the other day. I was told to expect an email from the stores.....................

i'm still waiting ordered 2 eleven days ago... would have been nice to receive a courtesy email mail informing of the reason for the delay... they still have my money in their bank account

Well got a text and e-mail yesterday saying it would arrive Friday. Then another one saying it would arrive today (Thursday). And it did!
Then got another e-mail \ text a different waybill (consignment) number would arrive Friday! From having none it would seem the bu**ers are breeding like rabbits!
