Just to highlight an issue we had this week completing an online multi-site booking with the C&CC.
Having selected 3 sites, the on-screen booking summary all looked fine, but when we received the email confirmation one of the sites had been duplicated, which was easy to spot, but also the pitch type on one of the sites had changed.
It proved impossible to speak to anyone at the C&CC, so we called the site that had disappeared from the booking and a very helpful warden managed to sort it out on the system and email us a new booking confirmation.
I'm sure most of you check your booking confirmations, but just in case.
