Hi All,

I have BF membership for the French services which I use twice a year and get the discounts. However, I am planning to do a Santander crossing in Jan 23 and to get the discounts would involve me having a second BF membership for Spanish trips (£150pa). As I will only ever do 1 trip to Spain a year it does not seem to make financial sense.

Have I missed anything / misunderstood anything?

If I have understood it correctly, any chance of anyone befriending me and providing a code for friends and family discount?

Yes, afraid Bolti is right, you do get a discount but, only a partial for Spain on the French code, if you are only doing 1 trip to Spain, its not really worth your while.

It does depend on when you took out your membership though. If you took out your membership before 16 Nov 21 the Ts and Cs are slightly different and if you have French Club membership you will only get 10% off a Spanish crossing.

If you were logged into your account then you would have got the the discount but unfortunately if you were not logged in then I’m afraid you wouldn’t. We have the ”Old” Spanish club membership which gives us 30% off trips to Spain and 15% off trips to France. Just booked by Spanish crossings for next year and having logged in (!) the discounts were applied

I get 10% of Spain crossings as a French member where I get 30%. Doing the maths changing to a Spanish membership wouldn’t pay. Talking up both would really not pay. I think 10% is the best I can achieve. To get it though you have to log on to your account and it will come off automatically.
