Brittany Ferries - Refunds WARNING

I have just been on to BF again regarding missing refunds.

I went to make a booking and had to be quick as there was just one cabin left. I paid for it as I could not see any refund vouchers on my account (I know there were some £230 due). I made the booking and then called BF. They told me the refunds have to be requested. When I said I already had by email, I was told there was a big queue. Well it must be Big because it was March this year.

BF are now saying they will add it to my account but not refund what I have paid today!

How many people must be losing out by forgetting about refunds.

Make sure you check for refunds.

Last week I received my credit card refund for Plymouth to Santander return. The refund was in my CC account 4 days after my request - excellent service.

BF cancelled the ferry and offered me the choice to change dates, have a voucher for future booking or to be reimbursed; I chose the latter.

I had a voucher for a sailing that was cancelled more than one year ago.

On 26 March 2020 BF sent me an email saying that my crossing on 19 April 2020 was cancelled, they gave me a voucher number which I used 2 weeks ago when I booked the crossing for June this year, worked no problem

I have just found this on one of my Flexi tickets

Flexi means you can cancel, without charge up-to 4 hours prior to departure. I rebooked weeks before.
