Brittany Ferries "FLEXI" Sailing Prices - BEWARE (1 Viewer)

I decided to Move a crossing with Brittany Ferries.

Making a new Booking came out around £480.00
Amending my original Booking was around £480.00

But then, the screen flashed up a triangle and added £120 to my FLEXI booking stating

New Booking £480
Amended Booking £600

I forgot to save the screen but the message was something along the lines of.

"We were unable to retain the price of your sailing and cabins"

I rang them, explained and they amended the price to £480.00

I wonder how many people just accept the price online. ?
