Brittany Ferries - Dog Muzzle Needed??

Anyone recently travelled Cherbourg to Portsmouth with a dog, did you need to put a muzzle on the Dog?

We usually travel via the Tunnel and not had to be concerned about this before. We have a pet cabin booked and have a couple of days to find a muzzle if necessary.

At check in they asked me if we had a muzzle for dog and asked to see it,the dog has to wear the muzzle when you leave the motorhome to go to your pet friendly cabin or the kennels.
