Hi All
Whilst in Portugal my Brittany Ferry booking from Santander back to the Uk in March was cancelled they refunded some of the money and rebooked me on a Ferry from St Malo.Whilst travelling home though Spain they sent a e-mail cancelling this Ferry.
So I managed to book at great expense a euro tunnel crossing.
On returning home Brittany Ferries e-mailed me again saying they are sending me a voucher for £127.00 for the cancellation of the St Malo to be used on another booking when they resume.I understand the cancellations are due to no fault of the company but I would like a refund and not a voucher which I am sure I am in titled too.
Has anybody been able to get refunds instead of a voucher if so how did they go about it.

Regards
David.

It is my understanding that you should be able to receive your money back instead of a voucher.

It has been decided that even though it was not Brittany Ferries fault and I'm assuming as a result of the Covid crisis that they should pay you a refund.

Send the voucher back and tell them you do not wish to accept their voucher.

I changed my booking in March from Santander to Portsmouth and did the Caen Portsmouth one instead, this generated a credit of £64 which I had not bothered with until last week. I sent them an email and they are repaying the £64 back onto the card that I used. Don’t know if it makes any difference because I am a Brittany Voyage Club member but it should not do.
