Hi Dave & Polly, bad news, we are grounded due to a collision and Van repair will not be complete until Friday 17. So with much disappointment we have to withdraw from your rally. We also ordered fish and chips x 2 and Sunday lunch x 2.

Below is the Iternary for the weekend

Your hosts at the Rose and Crown are Dougie and Carol they will make you welcome

Hi Guys welcome to the 2nd Bring and Buy

1. Most of you will arrive on Thursday.

Thursday night 20.00 hours is a chat and get together in the pub - so if you don’t know anyone, or you are newbies and your first rally etc. then do try and come along as it would be a good opportunity to meet other funsters also food will be available in the pub till 21.00.

3. Friday daytime when you are ready put all yours goods out that are for sale as you can sale all weekend if you want so don’t forget to bring your tables

Friday night 20.00 hours in the pub - there will be a fun quiz (easy) at a £1 per person (as we are not very good at quizzes) you can work out your own teams and a percentage of the money will go to a charity which will be sorted out on the night.

4. Saturday daytime you can sell your goods again

Saturday afternoon we could have a fun game of French Boules 14.30 if anyone is interested and we have three sets so if anyone has another please bring them along

Also Dougie (the landlord) will be showing for the football fans the Cup Final if anyone is interested, it will be on a big screen

Saturday Night Dougie has provided a live band for us so hope you will support him


PLEASE NOTE – YOU CAN DRINK ALL YOUR OWN DRINK ON TH RALLY FIELD BUT ONCE YOU LEAVE THE FIELD YOU MUST USE THE PUB.

The food is good value for money and main meals start from £5.95 also breakfast from £4.95 Food served from 9am till late

There has been some improvements to the campsite and they have the swimming pool up and running heated by solar panel so bring your costume. There should be another shower and more hardstanding and electric hook ups available.

You can stop over for the same price if you are going onto Jaws please tell us on the gate as we will collect the extra cash.

Being a bit of a dummy I’m confused by this instruction

When you arrive in the village of holbeach hurn the sat nav trys to take down Low Road which is on your right but by pass this go pass the church and you will come to the Rose and Crown don't go into the car park but carry on and you will see the campsite entrance

Did that John. Google Maps puts you on the edge of the swimming pool ready to jump (fall) in.
