Booked my ferry from Portsmouth to Ouistreham in March to get back to my lovely South West France home for a few months.. At this stage really don't envisage major problems..

We (the UK) voted to leave the EU. Ergo the freedom of movement within the EU granted to citizens of EU member states can no longer apply when we are no longer a member state, deal or no deal. So the 90 day limit applies, surely?

We’ve no concerns either about the forthcoming situation, we’ll leave that worrying to the folk that want to concern themselves with such things.

I am hoping that's the case, but will have to wait until its decided. I am happy with 3months but would have liked more..

I think after 90 days it would be more of a residency type Visa with the problems of tax etc.
90 days is the norm for most countries and 180 in a year.
Worked in the states and bid 3 months over 3 months away.
Also worked in Indonesia and Egypt and left for a day after 3 months, so could stay for the 4 month contract. Could not persuade the immigration officials to let us off
Leaving.
