just booked Stoneleigh and Stratford who/how do we let know that we have booked in as funsters.

It’s normally on the booking form @colyboy . There’s a ‘dot to fill in for club camping and then if you click on the chevron, a drop-down menu lists all the clubs. MHF is listed.
