Blinds can they be tightened?

Couple of my drop down blinds are getting slack, can the be tightened/adjusted?

Yes they can John

Just loosen the screws in the plastic cord retainer and pull the cord so it is just taut then re-tighten the screw.

Be careful not to over tighten it though

Edit.....some cord retainers have the cord wound round them.

Is the retainer the one on the screw at the base of the blind with the cord entering it?

It is only too easy to tighten the blinds too much - I managed it without even trying - as a consequence of which we now have 'thermal' roller blinds fitted throughout the RV. :thumb:
