I like the aire at the top of the hill overlooking the city. €17 or €21 with EHU. Bus stop outside.

From years back I'd suggest any campsite out on the north cost towards Sopela.

The train and bus service into Bilbao is excellent.

That’s the one I have used several times, including a month ago.

I think it’s limited to a maximum of 2 nights and it is normally very busy, first come basis
